Doctoral Project:

The title of the dissertation is “The Japanese Experience of Human Resource Management and its Application in the Innovative Development of Uzbekistan”

The comprehensive development of Uzbekistan and its integration into the world economic community make it necessary to train management specialists with modern knowledge. Today, qualified managers - representatives of qualitatively new management - solve many problems in this area.

A production system is a goal-oriented process that turns individual elements into useful products. At present, many problems arise in the management practice of modern local firms and enterprises. Some of this is due to changes in the relationship between the actual owners and managers of the enterprise. The reason is that instead of one owner of the previous enterprise, there are now several. The scope of responsibilities that business managers have to deal with and respond to new property owners has changed dramatically.

Scientific novelty of the research. The following scientific results are expected to be obtained as a result of the study.

- to reveal the concept of management in the context of modernization of the economy and its evolutionary concept;

- to cover the formation of management methods in production processes;

- Evaluation of the effectiveness of management methods in the context of globalization;

- Disclosure of structural changes in the Japanese economy and the principles of governance in it;

- To show the conditions for the emergence of the Japanese management model and its development;

- Analysis of the features of the Japanese management system in the context of an innovative economy;

- To highlight the important aspects of personnel management in ensuring production efficiency in Japan;

- Demonstration of the world experience of the Kaizen system in production management and the possibility of its application in the conditions of Uzbekistan.
