Doctoral project

The title of the dissertation is “The Impact of Employer Attractiveness on Workplace Flourishing: The Moderating Role of Value Congruence among Generation Z.”

This research explores how the image of an employer influences the well-being, growth, and overall flourishing of Generation Z employees. Special attention is given to the role of value congruence – defined as the alignment between personal and organizational values – in moderating the relationship between employer attractiveness and flourishing at work.

The study seeks to:

  • Analyze the relationship between employer attractiveness and workplace flourishing in Generation Z.
  • Examine the moderating role of value congruence in strengthening or weakening this relationship.
  • Identify which employer attributes (e.g., flexibility, career development, organizational culture, ethics) are most valued by Generation Z for enhancing flourishing.

The research adopts a quantitative methodology, employing a structured survey distributed among Generation Z employees. Statistical techniques such as correlation analysis, regression analysis, and moderation analysis will be applied to test the proposed relationships. The findings are expected to provide theoretical contributions to employer branding and organizational psychology, while also offering practical insights for organizations aiming to attract, engage, and retain Generation Z talent.
