On June 29, 2026, the Graduate School (Research) hosted the Interdepartmental Research Colloquium for the discussion of the doctoral dissertation prepared by independent researcher Dr. Sherzodbek Dadaboyev, submitted towards the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree in Management.
Dr. Dadaboyev presented his dissertation titled "Ethical Challenges in Corporate Governance: Identification and Remediation," supervised by Dr. Sardor Azam. The research examines pressing ethical dilemmas in corporate governance and proposes frameworks for identifying and addressing these challenges. The presentation was followed by a constructive Q&A session, during which colloquium members offered valuable feedback, questions, and recommendations to further strengthen the work.
The Graduate School extends its sincere gratitude to Dr. Dadaboyev for his insightful presentation and to all faculty members and researchers who participated, ensuring a productive academic dialogue. Following an engaged review and Q&A session, the dissertation was recommended to proceed to the next stage toward defense in accordance with SAC requirements.
