Nigora Mamadaminova explores the experiences of female leaders in Poland and Uzbekistan.

On November 27, 2024, Westminster International University in Tashkent honored to host a guest lecture by Nigora Mamadaminova, a PhD Candidate at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Her presentation, titled "Women Leaders' Success in Higher Education Management: A Comparative Study between Poland and Uzbekistan," provided a fascinating cross-cultural analysis of gender dynamics in academic leadership.

Ms. Mamadaminova's research delves into the pathways, challenges, and strategies for success employed by women who have ascended to management roles within the higher education systems of both nations. The comparative framework offered unique insights into how different cultural, social, and institutional contexts shape the experiences of women leaders.
