On September 18, 2026, a Scientific Seminar was held for the discussion of a dissertation in the specialty of Management.

Independent researcher Sherzodbek Dadaboyev presented his dissertation on "Ethical Challenges in Corporate Governance: Identification and Remediation" to pursue a DSc degree in Management. The research focused on identifying and addressing ethical challenges in corporate governance, contributing to a better understanding of effective mechanisms for strengthening ethical practices and improving corporate governance.

The dissertation was supervised by Ass. Prof. Sardor A’zam. The reviewers were Prof. Farkhod Karimov and Dr. Martin Yong Ho Hyun.

Based on the outcomes of the seminar and its adherence to academic requirements, the dissertation was recommended to proceed to the next stage toward defense in accordance with SAC requirements.
